Details
HCIR-01 corrosion inhibitor is composed of home-grown pyridine quaternary ammonium salt with some neutralizer, surfactants and other additives. It’s appeared in Brown black liquid, soluble in water, petroleum hydrocarbons and ethanol under specific matching rate. This product applies to oil refinery with 1g/L HCl & H2S solution that the temperature is up to 135℃/ 275F. The application results indicate that the corrosion inhibition effect is good. Inhibition rate can be controlled upon 90%.
